Metallized Ceramic rings are widely used in some electronic components such as compressors , sensors , transistors , automotive and so on.
The metallization type is Mo/Mn metallized or W/Mn metallized by screen printing and brushing prining. They are following with Nickel plating. The Mo/Mn thickness is from 10-50um, Nickel plating is from2-10um.
Now we are doing the metallization in the alumina ceramic and beryllia oxide. Alumina purity is 95% alumina and 99% alumina.
